Mellissa Nguyen, pronounced "WIN," is the Senior Program Manager for Vizient's Environmental Sustainability program, which is the largest member-owned healthcare process improvement organization in the United States, serving over half of the nation's hospital systems. In her role, she collaborates with healthcare providers and suppliers to develop data-driven insights and tools that facilitate sustainable purchasing decisions, thereby enhancing both human and environmental health.
Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on information systems, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in international trade policy, and an MBA specializing in environmental sustainability. Her commitment to sustainability is further informed by her experiences as a Peace Corps volunteer and over a decade of professional service in the healthcare industry.
