Kathleen Capp

Director of Strategic Sourcing, Advocate Aurora Health

Kathy has worked in various leadership positions within Supply Chain over the last 25 years. Today, she is the Strategic Sourcing Director for Advocate Aurora Health, providing strategic direction to 27 hospitals and over 500 sites of care. She has accountability for shaping and delivering strategies to optimize the value of spending in the areas of Non-Medical and Purchased Services. Kathy also manages a team of six Sourcing Managers accountable for various service lines across the organization. Kathy graduated from Averno College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
