Jennifer has been a healthcare designer for over 20 years, and has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Science, and a Master’s Degree in Gerontology. She has significant knowledge in patient centered care, evidence based design and Sustainability in a built environment. Her specialties include Universal Design, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Hospital Design. Jennifer has a passion for creating healthy and engaging environments that contribute to the healing process.

At Kaiser Permenente, Jennifer manages the National Sustainable Program for Furniture, Fabric and Flooring. She also helps to create the design tools that support KP’s branded environment.
