Doug graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduation Doug joined the Process Engineering team at Fiberglas Canada Inc. (now Owens Corning Canada LP) in Sarnia and later Toronto, Ontario. He joined ROXUL INC. based in Milton, Ontario in 2001 and has over 25 years’ experience in the glass wool and stone wool insulation industry. Doug has held positions in Operations, Environmental Control, and Product & Process development. He now manages the Project Portfolio for the Technical Innovations team at ROXUL Inc. working with Universities and others in the development of new products, processes, and applications with a focus on sustainability.
