Al is Senior Director of Worldwide Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability at Johnson & Johnson and leads the Global Product Stewardship program. He has over 30 years’ experience in the EHS field and developed and leads EARTHWARDS®; Johnson & Johnson’s innovation and greener product development approach. He is the author of the book, Greener Products: the Making & Marketing of Sustainable Brands (CRC Press 2017) and is an adjunct professor at Indiana University; teaching sustainability & product improvement.
